Alkaline Foods Enhance Our Energy Level

Why does that matter??


An estimated 80-90% of Americans have an acidic PH. Why does that matter?? Well, cancer thrives in an acidic environment. What causes an acidic PH?? A lot of factors but diet is a huge contributor! GMOs, alcohol, sugar, certain flours, MSG, pesticides and artificial sweeteners to start!

In an effort to re-establish balance, your body produces fat cells to absorb the acid. So what does that mean?? Eating a highly acidic diet increases your likely hood of getting cancer AND adds to your waistline! What should you do??

Look for recipes and foods that are more alkaline! Alkaline foods enhance our energy levels, cleanse our systems by combatting environmental toxins and boost our mood! What are some alkaline foods?? Leafy greens, fresh herbs, cruciferous veggies (think ๐Ÿฅฆ & cauliflower), avocado, coconut, quinoa and seeds are a great place to start!
