Lionโs mane mushrooms, are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lionโs mane as they grow. They can be enjoyed raw, cooked, dried or steeped as a tea. It's sort of a 'seafood' texture - think ๐ฆ or ๐ฆ!
