One of my favorite, quick and nutritious snack (or meal) recommendations is a yogurt bowl. Why? Because you can customize it however you like and it always packs a powerful and nutritious punch!
Not a fan of chia seeds? Sub flax or pumpkin seeds! Prefer peanut butter, 'you go Glen Coco'! Got a sweet tooth? Drizzle with agave, blackstrap molasses or honey! Prefer a dairy yogurt? Check the sugar content (shoot for less than 6g per serving) and then go for it! This healthful dish comes together in a cinch making it a perfect option for people on the go (i.e. anyone with a pulse!)
