Nearly a decade ago, I dreamed of running the @bostonmarathon. I had NO idea how to do that. I didn't know what qualifying times were, how to track runs - hell, I didn't even own a watch let alone know how to calculate splits or figure pacing. I was a total newb but I knew I wanted to do it. I had a vision - a goal - and so I took the first step...๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thousands of miles later, my dream is coming to fruition! I'm on track to run the #BostonMarathon this Oct. 11! It hasn't been an easy road. Not by a long shot! Injuries, illness, missed qualifying times (A LOT of missed qualifying times), a baby, a divorce, a job change, a move, a pandemic...the point - NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS. EVER.

It's one thing to set a goal but navigating the daily grind, determining the steps required to get you where you want to go, and the fortitude to stick with it, is much harder! BUT, you don't have to do it alone! One of my favorite quotes is, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." I'm here to help you accomplish your 'marathon' - whatever that looks like for you!

The first step to reaching your goal is dreaming it up (get the ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ & ๐Ÿ“’ out and dream BIG!). The second, recruiting others to walk that journey alongside you. That's what a health coach does. That's what I do. A resource, a cheerleader, an encourager, a guide on the side to ensure you go far and do the most with the time you've been given earth side. So, are you ready to start??
