Best part about being a health coach, taste testing new recipes and foods to share with clients!

After searching for meal prep options for a busy plant-based client, we stumbled upon @trifecta. So of course we must try all the meals before we make a recommendation! This was the pre-made, organic vegetarian breakfast which included two beyond sausage patties, tofu scramble and potato hash. Pro-tip: add fresh Pico de Gallo and basil to brighten this dish up! ๐ŸŒฟ

Overall, these have been delicious and convenient meals and would be an ideal fit for someone who does not necessarily enjoy cooking and/or is always on the go but wants to stick with their wellness goals!
